From the beginning it couldn't have gone any better. I had 8 companies give me a quote and I am very knowledgeable regarding HVAC, soI could understand what I wanted and ask intelligent questions. Butler's estimator was Roger Jones, a Master HVAC, a Master Plumber, and a Master Electrician. He was a great communicator, personable, and very knowledgeable. Overall, WC Butler did a fantastic job. Roger did the estimate, took good notes and sketch of what was required. There quote was competitive with 2 other local companies. They scheduled a pre-install review, did a walk thru with the guys doing the install (Wayne and Josh), measured all duct work, supply lines, etc. The install began as promised, the two installers worked steady through out the day. I selected Butler after hearing 2-3 estimates from other companies....theirs was in the middle range. They installed the boiler and completed all work in about a day and a half. Everyone was very pleasant and friendly, and the new boiler is a vast improvement over my old - and I mean OLD - one. One disappointment: shortly after the installation the ancient radiator in my attic began leaking, and I had to cut out and remove the carpeting around it, whichfortunately wasalso ancient. OVERALL A GOOD EXPERIENCE <br />
My furnace "died" just before Christmas 2011. I was a little hesitant to call a repairman, because I figured they would take advantage of the situation and "gouge" me on the price. I knew the furnace would have to be replaced. I called Butler Heating & Air and scheduled an estimate. The gentleman who came by was extremely pleasant, and very polite.
