The individual who took our call was professional and arraigned for a tech to come out and trouble shoot the system on a Saturday morning. The tech was courteous and very knowledgeable. He located the problem, went out and picked up the part and installed it within a few hours. We are very satisfied with the repair. Being a new homeowner who was not familiar with how a heat pump worked the tech took the time to explain it. He even checked the wiring of the thermostats.

Jimmy came out and reviewed the airflow in each room. Some rooms were cooler than others. He suggested several things to do. He had some new duct work made and came back a week later and installed them. The rooms are much more consistent now for even cooling. <br />
