I am writing as the caregiver and power of attorney for my elderly, disabled nana, who rented an apartment managed by Welcome Home Properties. I do not live in the unit and signed the lease only to help her qualify. Do not recommend at all! They refuse to care for mold in rentals and they lie about checklists before an after cleaning! They don’t check for any issues before move in or after! They do not paint or wash walls! They spot clean! Nothing is or was pulled out as I was inspected my own daughters rental! Not professional at all. Any issues is your problem!
