RecommendedEveryone there was extremely nice! and Alex Rodriguez helped my fiancé and I buy our first car! The front desk ladies were really nice and the financial guy there came and talked to us personally when we were signing for our car. We now have a great warranty, low car payments, and are planning to return in the future to the same salesman we saw ^^. Highly recommend going here :)!
Made an appointment 7:45am told them we wanted an oil change, serpentine belt needed replaced and questioned why we didn’t have a belt tensioner (bought the truck 1 year prior from them) called them at 4:45pm that day and was told they have a 24-48 hours for a diagnostic. Why was a diagnostic needed? Called again next day at 4:00pm and was finally done and was charged over $550 ($200 diagnostic fee) never authorized that. I took my car in for a simple oil change. I get a call that the previous time they change my oil that they cross threaded my drain plug. They fixed it and with them fixing it they put aluminum casting into my oil pan which then went through my oil pump and took it out, shutting my car down. So their mobile tech came to my house and told me that it was a pressure sensor or the oil pump. I change the pressure sensor did not fix it and doing so. RecommendedThese guys were extremely helpful, very informative as well. When I had picked my vehicle, we started the process and I was in there for about an hour. In past experiences at dealerships it takes half of a day. I bought a used vehicle twice now from these guys and gals. The most recent one has yet to be in my possession.
