Everyone was very friendly even though they didn't have to make a sale on a vehicle. Shout out to Ian in the wholesale parts department for hooking me up with John who did most of the leg work before we even came to view a vehicle. Thanks to Derrek for setting us up with Gerry. Alex Rodriguez helped us with purchase of our dad's truck. He made it easy and quick. He was very accessible and easy to talk to via phone call and text message since we are from out of town. When it was time for pick up, we wanted to do a little something special. He helped us buy my dad a gift write a note, even decorate a gift box and put a bow on the truck. I recently bought a VW Jetta GLI from here, and I couldn’t be more pleased! The service was fantastic. All the employees were friendly and helpful, but the person who helped me through the process, Alex Rodriguez, really impressed me! I wasn’t familiar with the process of buying a car but he took me through every step and was patient, and wanted to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for.
