Bad experience This is a horrible apartment complex. Floor always makes creaky noises when walking around because these apartments are very old. When complain about the noise the answer is from the leasing office is "Apartment living is like that". They cannot do anything about it because these apartment are very old and making lot of noise when walking. If you need good night sleep and peace of mind, this not the place for you. Most of the tenants are complaining about noise but no solution.

Very Noisy Cannot sleep This is very old apartment complex. Makes lot of creaky noise when people walk. Specially cannot sleep in the night because of it. I used to get up and check my apartment in the middle of the night to check if some one walking in my apartment, later I figured that people in the 2 floor apartment is walking. Really Unhappy and disappointed.
Zero Rating Alert - Be aware of Move out - Don't give your forward address very far. Your move out fine will be charged accordingly. GSC Wellesley Apartment is the worst management I had never experience till today, Normally I don't write reviews. But because of GSC management arrogance. It made me to write this review to help future tenants. Bad part - Buildings are very weak and worst, You can here all kind of noise from your neighbors. Very bad when it comes to renewing lease I am talking on behalf of many residents for this year including me. This year the community is charging very high rates for lease renewals. Mostly all of us have experienced $150 increase in the lease renewals from the last year.

Never rent there They charge you for anything and everything so badly that you will end up paying almost a months rent to them. They are total rip off. Forget about the roaches and noise of neighbors. The problem is with the new management, they simply are unable to rent out these houses and if you decide to move out they will find reasons to charge you 100's[1200 for example ] of dollars for petty reasons.
definitely not recommend this apartment Noisy,poor customer service,rental officers charged every little thing to take off your security deposit,and i always seen the rental officers talk to residents so rude,plus the apartment units are old,kids running and playing all over the place and make extremely loud noise
Nice location but Staffs are incompetent and rude I lived in this place for 3 years, I liked this locality because it's near to supermarkets, restaurants, mall, theatres and schools. Recently the staffs are being rude and incompetent as well, they are not ready to listen to us. I had a problem with my rent one month, they said they will corrected it but they made the same mistake again and again, I have to go every month and explain the story from the beginning every time. Staff is so rude The leasing office staff are so rude. They will not listen us. If we call also they will not respond properly. This is very bad....
