The staff were friendly enough. We scheduled an appointment for 1:30 pm and didn't get in immediately - waited about 30 to 45 minutes. Be careful if you're an out of state resident. They "don't accept out of state insurance" and their litmus is if you have a non-New York license.

Professional and friendly care provided by Dr. Izzo and the entire staff at the Saratoga Springs office. Checked in in a timely manner which aligned with my scheduled appointment time. An in-depth medical review of condition including an X-ray was provided. Highly recommended! A+++

Came in here for a pre op pcr test on a Sunday. No wait time, the staff filled out all paper work, I signed two forms and was on my way for the test. Friendly staff all around. Results came in 1 day. I highly recommend this urgent care. They have great hours and a staff who knows how to handle most urgent care situations.

Can't say enough great things about the Saratoga Springs, NY Wellnow office. Polite, respectful and extremely helpful staff. Our family has used this office on 4 different occasions for Covid Testing and have found them to be efficient and accommodating. Staff is always pleasant and go out of their way to help. Testing is quick and results back same day usually. Great job Saratoga WellNow!!!!

I visited their facilities in May 2025. They double billed me. After 4 months and several phone calls they still haven't refunded my money. Be careful!!!

Staff-receptionist in particular- was incredibly rude and impatient with my wife who was in pain and disoriented. Zero compassion or empathy toward a suffering patient. Awful experience.

Terrible experience employees were not supportive and helpful. Took forever to get in the appointment room and there was only one other person in there. Most of the employees didn't even know how to do anything.

Brought my brother in law in for some x-rays due to a fall at home. We had him balanced between two of us . We opened the door and got no greeting or "do you need some help" from the girl behind the desk. We struggled to get him into a chair sat there for 5 mins then the girl behind the desk says. Oh if you need x-rays we can't do that today. She could have asked us this when she saw us come in. We then got him back up and again no offer of help or even. A "hey would you like a wheelchair" she just went back to her phone... read more

Trash don't go here they will charge you after the fact even without insurance even after you go up to the cashier to pay while you are still there. Then they will send you to collection for a bill you never knew you had you won't get contacted before hand they will just send you to collections for something they said they will cover do to having to go back for a second visit for the same exact thing within a few days of each other with their recommendations that you return.
