Great experience at Saratoga WellNow. The wait was minimal and I was able to check in and see my wait time before I arrived. My PA Nick was thorough, personable and very knowledgeable. Everyone was very friendly both to the patients and one another which made the environment and experience more comfortable. Highly recommend!

I was in a great deal of pain and was pleasantly surprised how quickly I was seen. The physician assistant took my vitals, ask about the cause of the pain, and upon leaving asked if I would care for a water, unexpected kindness. The doctor soon arrived, quickly diagnosed the issue while at the same time asking for my perspective. A treatment was designed and the pharmacy had the script by the time I arrived there 5 minutes later. Sara and staff showed true care; was kind considerate and attentive. Very professional and made me feel comfortable. Was in and out and diagnosed quickly. Would highly recommend as a great place to go for urgent care needs.

We got in a little earlier than our appointment time which was nice. Then the nurse was fantastic. My daughter was nervous about getting a strep test and he was very patient and kind with her. He used humor to help her feel more at ease. He did not seem rushed or impatient. I appreciate his calm in a stressful time.
