Brought my brother in law in for some x-rays due to a fall at home. We had him balanced between two of us . We opened the door and got no greeting or "do you need some help" from the girl behind the desk. We struggled to get him into a chair sat there for 5 mins then the girl behind the desk says. Oh if you need x-rays we can't do that today. She could have asked us this when she saw us come in. We then got him back up and again no offer of help or even. Trash don't go here they will charge you after the fact even without insurance even after you go up to the cashier to pay while you are still there. Then they will send you to collection for a bill you never knew you had you won't get contacted before hand they will just send you to collections for something they said they will cover do to having to go back for a second visit for the same exact thing within a few days of each other with their recommendations that you return. I wanted to like this place. I really did. The ability to book online was a dream--no gambling on how long I'd be stuck in a waiting room with a toddler. But that's where the good part ends. We walk in--not a soul at the front desk. Just me, my child, and the sound of time passing. Eight full minutes before anyone even acknowledged we existed. Cool, cool. If you have Medicad Medicare advantage don't go here they will charge you 45 dollars to be seen they didn't care I poured toner in my eyes on accident and fell off a curb they refused me medical care

Terrible, I made my appointment so I could expedite my visit. I'm here for a drug screening, that's it. One hour and forty minutes and I'm still waiting. Totally unorganized.

People told me not to come here and I still did. I will never come here again. I found that I walked in and was warmly greeted by the front desk staff right away, checked in quickly, the nurse who did my intake was friendly and seemed to listen. I was excited because I felt so sick and it wasn't a long wait to be seen. For a walk in I feel like that is rare. I often have sinus infections and I know when I have a bad one. It has now been 72 hours since my PCR Covid test was taken. If it has put undo stress on their labs, then they should have stopped walk-ins sooner. All I can think is that this was a financial decision. I will not be returning to a WellNow facility.
