I was seen in a reasonable amount of time and got the care I needed after a fall. Two issues to mention: if you go there and think you may want an X-ray, find out UP FRONT whether it's available. The day I was there, the X-ray tech had called out, but the receptionist did not tell me that. I didn't find out until later when I was seen by the provider. I had such a great visit here! The staff was friendly and the facility was super clean. I highly recommend! Pro tip, if it's not an emergency call ahead to get a place in line! Plus they have a Slushy machine
Over 60 minute wait for a flu test (10 minute test). No other patients and the staff were outside the door playing pranks on each other laughing. Not the first time this has happened either but definitely the last for me.

If I can give them no stars I would! This place has no Quality or compassion for care!! I went in & tried to get help & the receptionlist agrued with me about a QR code then the manager yelled at me & kicked me out & threaten to call the cops because I asked where is their bedside manner more importantly professionalism when I asked for her bosses name she said no & threaten me with he police again!! My fiancé and I will not be ever using this service again. The initial exam my fiancé had was ok but was given a voucher for an Xray as the tech left for the day. We tried to return for said Xray and we were told the tech was not in and that they hold a different schedule each day. When we pushed back saying we were told they would be here the nurse then stated "well that's on you." Which is a charged statement to say to anyone especially a patient and disrespectful. The absolutely worst urgent care I've ever been to in my entire life. Wasted over three hours of my time. They did nothing for to me but give me cookies and headache.

The office experience was absolutely unprofessional, I could hear the staff talking about myself and other patients. The care quality was even worse, I told them multiple times what I was experiencing and it went in one ear and out the other. Tested for things I didn't have symptoms for making me pay more and wasting more of my time. Will never return to this establishment.
