My visit on Saturday April 30th was the first time I had ever been to any Urgent Care. I did not know what to expect. Laurie had set up my appointment. There was minimal wait time. Heather checked me in. Marissa administered my PCR test, and explained the procedure as she did. As this was necessary pre-op for my upcoming surgery, I was understandably nervous.
