Stopped in with a dislocated toe from hiking and they treated me perfectly, quickly and fixed me with (almost) no pain! I wouldn't go anywhere else in the Glens Falls area. Everyone was wonderful!

First let me say, I'm a Physician Associate so I of course have certain expectations of a visit ( I.e. I know how I care for patients and anticipate the same level of care). I can honestly give a 5 star review of the entire experience. From the check in point and fantastic snd friendly med clerks who got my insurance handled, to the very personable nursing staff. Amazing Staff! They listened to me and explained diagnosis and treatment thoroughly! Super clean building and very pleasant experience over all! Not a long wait despite it being slammed, so shout out to all of the amazing employees!

I visited the Glens falls ny location tonight with my 1.5 year old daughter. I couldn't be happier with the way they treated her! She gets a little scared at the doctor and cries every time I bring her. I brought her in to get a rash on her tummy checked out. The receptionists one male and one female were so welcoming from the moment we walked in, interacting with her and reassuring her. My partner and I came here after being involved in a vehicle accident. We filled out all required paperwork, but when we were given transfer forms for the ER, the information was incorrect. My transfer form listed none of my symptoms, and my partner's form only listed some of hers--leaving out important details. front desk was extremely rude, wouldn't even look up from her computer. they also have you fill out all of your insurance information on a tablet, watched her put the tablet right back into its assigned spot without cleaning it. the same woman at the front desk was then talking about what she wanted to order for lunch.

VERY EXPENSIVE!! i went there in PAIN, and of course I have to pay this astronomical payment to be seen. like now my mental health is spiraling. like great now I need therapy. I'm disgusted with the service, waited in the room for 1 hour in pain, crying, sweating, tears running down my face. like now I can't even make rent. great place
