I had to wait to be seen in the waiting room and the room they put me in to see the Dr because it was busy which I understood. They were very nice when I checked in and the nurse and the NP were very kind and took care of my needs.

The team who treated my kid cousin was awesome. Very efficient and polite. Also very thorough. Thank you Jeremiah and Melissa for all of your help with the quick turnaround

Making an appointment here was great and the staffed helped guide me. We took my 83 yr old Father here and it was safer and so much faster than the ER. He was treated for a type of ulcer similar to a bed soar on his shoulder. Waiting to see his primary care DR would have taken 4 more days to get an appointment. Getting to a facility that is clean and accommodates appointments really helps minimize my father’s exposure to other sick patients. We didn’t need to go to the ER if we could he seen at urgent care. Thank you again!

My family and I have visited WellNow urgent care a few times. It serves well as a general urgent care, and we appreciate that. On multiple occasions we found the staff to be unkind. I also find it weird that there is a slushy machine in the waiting area of a health and wellness facility. I understand keeping kids happy while at the doctor, but it seems like there could be a much healthier choice than slushies full of dyes and high fructose corn syrup.

I never leave reviews but today I had to bring in my 5 yo for a very very high fever and we waited no time at all. We saw jennifer and I can’t say enough good things about her. She worked fast to get us in and out as soon as we could, she was so caring and so nice. All staff there are always so nice but she really stood out to me as we didn’t feel rushed by her she really took time to talk with us about what was going on. 10/10 would bring all my kids back to her if need be. I know we’re in good, safe hands with her.
