I understand that places are short staffed but when we walked in the receptionist told my husband to scan a QR code to check in. It required all his insurance information and payment, so pretty much doing the receptionist job for her. Add a ridiculous wait time and a high price copayment, it was not a great time

I have been to this location at least a dozen times since it's opening... I've always been satisfied with our care and experience. However, I brought my 4-year-old in, who was moaning from an ear infection, and was greeted by a very rude man with glasses at the front desk. He informed me rudely that it would be a 1-2 hour wait, and I told him that was fine, I'd rather him be seen tonight. He said "okkkkkk" then asked for my insurance card. This is the second time I have been into this place and won't go back anymore. Each time I walked out the door with nothing that I wanted and nothing useful, but of course a nice fat bill, eh? This time was ridiculous. I haven't been able to sleep for three nights now. Not a wink. I have never experienced this before, and I am honestly starting to feel nuts with the sleep deprivation. Today, Jan 27th 2023, I received a $400+ bill from this office for a visit that took place on December 22, 2021, THIRTEEN MONTHS AGO. When I went in for that visit not only did they not do anything of note (I was given the most basic physical exam and was told I could not get a hospital referral - what I actually needed.) On top of that, the first thing I confirmed when I set foot in the door was that they took my insurance. Extremely slow service. Urgent care without the sense of urgency. Make an appointment or wait 2.5hrs to be seen. I left the place frustrated and worn out.
