Rotterdam well now was great, nurse Dave was fantastic with my twin babies. thank you all for your hard work professionalism and dedication.
Went in for a covid test recently and was in and out in no time. The appointment making process was easy and quick I was in and out in no more than 10 minutes the most. The girl who swabbed me I believe her name was Makayla was very informative and made the process quick and painful will be going back if i need another one thank you.
On 11/04/24, I visited the office. On 11/07/24, I needed additional help. First, the office provided inaccurate information for my prescription. Second, I was on the phone for 2 hours with the office, talking with Aminah, and the pharmacy at CVS. Initially, the clinic lead Yair was not helpful. When I told her I was going to file complaints, she told me she would help me by resending my prescription to CVS. However, CVS did not receive my prescription, when I arrived.
