Went in for a sprained ankle and EVERY staff member I encounter had phenomenal people skills! Friendly. Knowledgeable. Informative. Just all around great vibes. I'll gladly use this location as my go-to whenever I need to visit an Urgent Care. I apologize for not remembering any names but whoever worked the afternoon shift on 9/2/2025, you are appreciated!!!
This was the most welcoming and friendly office I have ever been to. It was clean. There was hand sanitizer and masks available for adults and children. They even had a cool slushy machine and snacks in the back. I liked the thoughtful touches.
I could not get into my regular physician & was recommended to this particular WellNow Urgent Care. I was easily able to make an appointment & check in via their website. Everyone from the young lady at the front desk, to the nurse, and the PA were so kind and caring. They provided coffee, tea, and slushy’s in the waiting room. My experience with well now was a very smooth and pleasant one. Everyone was very professional and kind and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a hassle, free and caring Group of professionals who truly care for their patients. Well done!
Very easy to book and appointment and complete the check in paperwork online. With my 1 yr. Old daughter being sick, it made it very easy to get her into a room quickly. They honored our appointment time and the staff was super nice and accommodating despite my daughter crying over her fear of the Doctors office. She was seen and checked out pretty quickly and they prescribed what she needed right away and sent to a pharmacy of our choice. Would use them again.
