I feel compelled to write this review because the quality of care I received from Yasmin (maybe Yazmin?). Went in for a COVID swab, did not make an appointment. It was pretty quiet in the evening so I was seen right away, only waited about 15 minutes. Yasmin came in and was lovely, and we chatted about astrological signs and Mercury being in retrograde. She has a GREAT bedside manner and was so professional. Swab was quick and easy. Cannot recommend Yasmin (and WellNow) enough!

I took my girlfriend to WellNow Urgent Care yesterday since she was exhibiting some Covid symptoms. She was taken quickly, thoroughly tested, and we were out within an hour. The entire staff was incredibly professional, polite, friendly, and competent. Dr. Adam was very patient, explained the results of the tests, and what to expect in the coming days. A well run operation.

I am from one of the northeast cities. My experience with this urgent care has been their incompetence, from the provider to the service staffs. Wrong brace, wrong referral, and unnecessary delays. I would not recommend, and I am very disappointed.

Utica, NY Wellnow. Even with am online appointment in place there is a 2-2.5 hr wait. Receptionist appears to gave respiratory symptoms and is not wearing a mask. Receptionist is eating continuously while checking in patients. However my $75.00 co- pay was taken immediately. I asked if I could wait in my car and be called when I was ready to be seen and was told no, that I must wait in waiting room for 2 hours.

Always ask for a copy of your bill before you leave. I went for fluid in my right ear and they billed my insurance company for Influenza A & B testing. Fraudulent charges. I called 5x to have them removed from my bill they did nothing until I filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals office.

MA was very friendly and got us back into a room quickly. But that's when the waiting began. With a small waiting room and a large number of patient rooms they give the illusion that the wait isn't long. Then, you are left sitting in a room for over an hour to be seen by a provider for a quick physical. If you have the option go somewhere else!

Appointments don't matter at this location. Arriving 10 minutes early, got signed in at appointment time only to be told we were put at the end of the walk-in list. We were told at least 90 minute wait.

We made an appointment for 12:00. We were triaged by 12:30 perfect. Nurse knew we were there for an ankle sprain/ fracture so they knew why we were there. NP comes in 1 hour later and says- I don't have an xray tech here can you go to North Utica. Didn't really access him at all- looked at it from far away. Why did it take them 1.5 hours to tell me they . Didn't have an xray tech. North Utica office- amazing!!!!! I would go to North Utica over New Hartford any day.

Vet clinics are better than this place. If you need a Bandai's they may be qualified to put that on you. Other than that go to a dog doctor you will get better care
