If I can give 0 stars I would. I came in because I had severe body aches and a severe sore throat. I told the nurses I believed I had strep Throat. During examination they agreed my throat was inflamed and looked infected. The rapid strep test came back negative and I disagreed I asked for a prescription, regardless, and would wait for lab results, and if negative I would stop meds. That was not offered. I was in severe pain for 4 days. Lab results came back positive for strep.

two stars, sorry uticans on business, came down with strep related conditions and was able to pass by this place. good news, not strep, bad news: didn't see an actual person in person, kinda a big deal to be able to interact and say, touch my neck, throat, etc. they'd wheeled a tv up to me and had the tech shine a light into my throat, that's it. as my test was negative, use some salt water, have a nice day....never mind my alement wasn't cared for. they did get me in with my day ahead planned appointment. in fact, I got ... read more

I'd just like to say that I've had to wait for almost 2 and a half hours for a damn x-ray. I could've gone to little falls and done 3 x-rays in the time it took. It's bizarre how long this takes this is horrible. I would never come here ever again my whole day wasted. I will say there was nice staff and I didn't break my arm but the wait was terrible. They offered cookies and drinks for the wait but I was so livid I refused. The x-rays themselves didn't take long at all though and it wasn't uncomfortable. The lady tha... read more

I woke at 5am today with ear pain/infection symptoms. Went online & it offered me 3 times: 4pm, 4:15 & 4:30pm. I chose 4pm. Waited all day then drove over at 4pm. Door locked, lights off..no one answered phone. Went online & it said "closed". Hours on door said Sat/Sun 8am-8pm. By this time there were no appt times left at the other 2 Urgent Cares, which close at 6 & 8. If it had not allowed me to book the appt I could have gotten in elsewhere. I now have to wait until tomorrow & can't get a spot until after 11am.

I went in today wanting to like this place. it was clean, and there were next to no wait times. But that's where the positives ended. They didn't send my scripts to the pharmacy I requested, and they hung up on me when I called to find out why and if they could send them to the pharmacy I requested, which was less than half a mile down the road. Don't get your covid test here unless you have a lot of patience. Waited several hours, staff was rude and barely acknowledged us. They should not require people who are testing due to travel policy to take this test indoors. Our likelihood of getting covid just increased by about 3 fold by having to come inside. Stay away.
