The one star missing, represents the physical plant, and the smallness of the waiting room… Less than 6 inches between patients and only a 10 seat waiting area. Not adequate for the location. No ventilation noted, however, the slushy machine and children’s video game were well placed and actively in use. Priorities much? This is a second visit in two weeks, and I was put in the same waiting room (#3) with chipped paint. No idea if it is lead filled or not. The staff is always very professional, helpful and they take care of you quickly. I always leave feeling heard, taking care of and all my questions where answered. I was very pleased with the care they provided my 88 year old mother. When I received a text checking in on how I was doing after my visit was outstanding. The reception was very patient helpful and kind when I was not able to sign in on my phone. All in all it's a true blessing to be able to go there.

I’ve been to this urgent care and continue to have positive experiences here. Every staff member I have interacted from the time I walked through the door is consistently compassionate, respectful, knowledgeable, and professional. What I appreciate most is the doctors listen to you, to all of your symptoms which in turn provides you with clarity at the end of your visit. When I arrived I had an appt but I needed X-Rays and the tech was supposed to leave at 6. They rushed me to the back and got me in ahead of schedule and got X-rays. The NP gave me the information or orthopedics and gave me the medication I needed in order to make it until I could see a specialist. Everyone was very sweet and very knowledgeable.

I recently had a pre-employment physical at WellNow, and I was thoroughly impressed with the visit. From the moment I walked in the staff were friendly and inviting. The check-in process was quick and I appreciated the clean and organize facility. The medical staff was knowledgeable and took the time to explain each step of my physical. They were professional and very friendly. I would recommend this WellNow location for anyone needing its services!
