Excellent care. One hour and twenty minutes. For small foot fracture. I was very pleased with the staff. I called ahead, but you can't make appointments. Walk in. Cared for quickly and professionally.

So ridiculous there is legit NO ONE here! Parking lot empty. Had an appt at 1:50!! It's now 2:55 and we have been sitting in this little exam room with zero attention!! I can see why they have 1.5 stars. Hire more people don't accept appts online that you can't accommodate!! Something...do something!!!

no use in going to urgent care. Brockport ASAP or Strong emergency if you really need help. Tried because ASAP was closed and emergency $$$$. Live and learn.

My boyfriend called them to see if he could get a covid test done there and they said yes. They said they take walk ins until 4 pm so he drove 30 minutes to get there and arrived at 3:40. when he arrived he was told they were no longer taking walk ins. This place will waste your time and have you driving around sick as a dog to be no help at all.

My appointment was at 2:30p and it's currently 3:10p. I am still waiting locked in a tiny room. No one has come to check in or anything. There is one person that was ahead of me awaiting a drug test. Not a single thing urgent about this place.

If I could I would leave less than one star. I went in for a visit and was unable to pay due to them not being able to accept a payment. I went back a few days later and paid the bill. They tried to overcharge me when I went back to boot. Six days later they took money out of my account which I NEVER authorized. They took an amount which was greater than the cost of my visit. Made an appointment online, received a text that confirmed it's booked. When I show up,they tell me OOPS, sorry......we don't take walk-ins after 7:30. It's a new system and we are still working out the kinks.How is this a walk in when I booked an appointment ONLINE WITH THE COMPANY THAT ACCEPTED IT?!?!?!? They just didn't want to be bothered to do anything. She said I can come back tomorrow....oh, ok. Kiss my...

No care whatsoever. Only there will be a 3 hour wait time. Yeah I'm not paying out of pocket to sit and wait for 3 hours. Goes to show people are not a priority anymore and how the health system is screwed up. It's really sad.
