No care whatsoever. Only there will be a 3 hour wait time. Yeah I'm not paying out of pocket to sit and wait for 3 hours. Goes to show people are not a priority anymore and how the health system is screwed up. It's really sad.

I went to this Urgent Care location on 8/30/23. I was experiencing a headache for 3 days which kept getting worse, a burning throat and felt like I was having difficulty breathing. No Doctors were in the office but the nurse did a throat culture and it was negative for strep. They set up a video visit with a PA and she over the computer said my throat was really red and was surprised the culture was negative and she wanted it sent to the lab for further testing and someone would call with the results w/in 48 hours. AWFUL service. I made an appointment for 2:30 for the purpose of being seen and not waiting a long period of time like i previously have waited (that appointment took an hour wait), after about 30 minutes of this appointment, I walked out the room and said I had been waiting and was wondering when I'd be seen. The nurses looked at me and said you'll be seen shortly, and laughed when I walked back to my room. If there was a zero star I would give it! I just walked the Brockport WellNow to be seen and I was met by the rudest reception. Her name was Tamra. She was so rude I walked out and will be going to another clinic. WellNow management, get her some customer service training or better yet, fire her.

Awful experience. I went in with a sore throat, fever of 101, body aches, and chills. They did a rapid strep test and it came back negative. They did not have a doctor available in the office so they called a PA and had her on a screen in the room... she could not look in my throat. Because the rapid strep test came back negative, she told me to go home and take Tylenol. I have now been suffering for 4 more days, and they called to tell me my strep test actually came back positive. This place is a joke, you can't rely on see... read more

I very rarely ever need to leave or enjoy leaving a bad review for a business. But this place is a JOKE and a complete waste of patients time. Not 1 but 2 horrible experiences. 1st- My husband called, asked if they can do a physical for his job, was told by the receptionist they CAN and SHE BOOKED THE APPOINTMENT FOR HIM, only for him to take a day off of work, SHOWED UP on time for his APPOINTMENT, only to be told the lady wasn't there to do it. Went in for a sinus infection. Dr. Looked in my ear and throat. Did NOT look at my nose as all. Said they do not give antibiotics for sinus infections any more. Said she would test for the flu but won't give Tamiflu as she does not believe in it. Told to wait 14 days and come back if symptoms don't go away. Really.
