My experience at WellNow Urgent Care was great. I used preregistration and arrived at the clinic on time so there was no waiting time in the waiting room. The entire staff was extremely nice and super capable!

Do NOT recommend. I was denied medical care. Made an appointment through my account. After I arrived for check-in, was denied care because a bill that I haven’t even received yet. I was just seen a little over a week prior (at a closer location) for an infection. The doctor prescribed an antibiotic, told me to return if I have an adverse reaction to the med (I have a history of med sensitivity). Seeing Dr. Okazaki this month has definitely been a highlight to any other Well Now experiences that I've had. He was kind and listened to what I was experiencing and accommodated me with a work note without me even asking. It was a very welcoming experience :)

I didn’t have to wait long. I explained what was going on with me and she talk to me check me out. And actually understood what was going on with me and I would recommend go to this site. And having her check you . Yes they Have other doctors there that’s awesome, as well and they do care 🤗 Dr. Kristina Krtanjek

I came in for the flu and to get a doctors note and waited at least 4 hours and still no service. The staff is very unprofessional and very rude. Doctors and nurses have their own side conversations and take so long to get to patients and instead enjoy their time talking about their personal lives to each other. If you are looking for an urgent care this is not the place to be !!!!
