I was passing through town and needed to be seen quickly. Making an appointment was really easy online and I didn’t have to wait like you normally would for a walk in. Kaitlin made sure to answer all of my questions and I left feeling confident and reassured! You can tell she really cares about helping people. All of the staff here were super kind!
I went to this place because it’s the only urgent care in town that lets you make an appointment so that you don’t have to wait for 3 hours dying of pain in a lobby. I just wanted to confirm if I had a kidney stone or not. They said they couldn’t do that because they are “very limited” in what kind of imaging they can do which I’m guessing means that they can’t do any. I was in and out very quickly having all my questions and concerns answered. I checked in and filled out forms online before arriving. Dr. Anderson was great! The waiting area was clean the staff was kind. I would definitely be going back for other urgent visits if needed.
Had a fabulous experience Friday afternoon at WellNow in Lafayette. I was able to make an appointment + check in online. When I arrived I was the only one in the building which is pretty abnormal for urgent care but ideal for germs. The staff, nurses and provider were all helpful, quick and kind.
Used the WellNow urgent Care location on Sagamore Pkwy recently and found the experience outstanding for the following reasons: 1. There was no waiting, simply complete a form on you phone or pad (takes a couple minutes) 2. The nurse who saw me was professional, friendly and efficient. Could not ask for more. 3. The PA, Katie Webb, who followed up immediately after nurse examination, was equally competent and efficient, and saved me a trip to the pharmacy I would recommend them to anyone
