Jennifer B. NP was thorough and efficient. Registration was a breeze and the facility was clean. This is the best urgent care I have seen. The wait was minimal and staff were great!
you can no longer make an appointment but the website offers the option. Not very happy to wait for my appointment time at home and arrive to be told it was a three hour wait. Couldn't wait that long and pick up my kids...otherwise the care received there has been decent when we've been able to go. Just don't try and make an appt.

We were in and out pretty quick. Definitely make an appointment ahead of time if you don't want to wait as they can get fairly busy. Staff were courteous and professional
I walked in and went right to the counter was helped. I waited less than two minutes until seen by a tech who evaluated me and then a couple minutes later by nurse practitioner. And, in no time at all I was on my way.place is spotless and the staff is great.

Came down with a very sudden case of bronchitis, and very severe. I'm a schoolteacher, so I have no time for that. WellNow scheduled me an appointment on the day I took off within 3 hours of calling. I got there 10 minutes early, they saw me 10 minutes early, my entire appointment ended up amounting to 30 minutes, total. Staff is friendly, fun, and competent. Will be choosing this facility for my medical needs from now on. Job well done, folks.

This was my first visit since this became WellNow. A typical guy, I won't see a doctor until I am near death. I felt like I had a sinus infection, bad headache (I never get headaches), sinus pressure, stuffed up, run down, all the symptoms. WellNow is around the corner from me, so it should have been an easy decision. After checking in, I had a short wait and was guided to an exam room.
