This was my first visit since this became WellNow. A typical guy, I won't see a doctor until I am near death. I felt like I had a sinus infection, bad headache (I never get headaches), sinus pressure, stuffed up, run down, all the symptoms. I would give 0 stars if it were an option. I have been turned away 3 times. Once, I arrived there at 6:30pm and they said they weren't seeing anymore patients because they closed at 8pm. That's an hour and 30 minutes, there was nobody in the waiting area. Second time, I arrived and they said they do not see you unless you have an appointment and the next available appointment was the following day. Mind you, this is an URGENT CARE CENTER. 3rd time, they couldn't find my appointment in the system. It is absolutely impossible ... read more
