Was having problems with my blood pressure and being out of refills, having recently moved here.... Ran out of medication. But WellNow Urgent Care was Awesome about getting my problems and need Taken care of, Got me off with some scripts for a 90 day supply, until I can get into a an doctor office with a primary care provider, And Suggested I continue my care Straight to the emergency room at St. Elizabeth Hospital, to make sure Everything was going to be okay..... Staff at Well Now in O’Fallon, IL were awesome from check-in to checking my vitals. Everyone expressed genuine care and concern during my visit. NP Moody was thorough in her diagnosis and follow up instructions and has a wonderful “chair-side” manner. 🙂 There are plenty of urgent care providers in this area but this one is definitely the best. I’m feeling better already…thank you for the care you provide to this community!

I made an appointment for 12 and I followed all the instructions I was 1st on the list and they kept taken ppl b4 me that came in AFTER me they were walkins i heard them saying they didnt make an appointment. . I finally got called back at 1220 after I complained and was told my was for 1240 not 12. Who makes appointment at 1240? and i was the only person left and no one on the list. I had to go in for a TB test for a job two days ago. The workers there were very pleasant, helpful, and kind which is where the 3 stars come from. The one who gave me the TB test said I needed to come back in over 48 hours and less than 72 hours. She even wrote what times and dates I needed to come between which happened to be after 7:07pm one day or before 7:07pm another day. I am so glad I was referred to Urgent Care. They were very helpful in helping fill out the paperwork and getting us in and out in a very timely manner. They were very welcoming with great bedside manner. (No real bed, office table) I am so glad I went there instead of the emergency room where, in the past, I have sat for hours.
