I made an appointment online which helped ease my anxiety of potentially having to wait long hours in the waiting room. The lady at the front desk was super nice and answered all my questions I had about the paperwork and insurance. One of the nurses promptly brought me back to a room go over my pressing issues, any meds I take, my blood pressure, etc. She then brought me to an exam room where I only waited less than 10 minutes to be seen! Visited today and was very impressed. Everyone was very professional and most importantly, kind. The office is extremely clean and well organized. They offer snacks and even have a kids corner. I felt I was in very capable hands and would highly recommend

Scheduling appointments is relatively easy, but between long wait times (sometimes up to an hour) and the attrocious billing department, we will be finding alternative urgent medical care. Repeatedly we have had billing issues where they have either not billed our insurance, entered wrong billing codes, sent us to collections without first sending us, or billed our CC without sending us the bill first, and consistently using threatening language in every bill. This was my first visit to an urgi-care in many years. Heard so many horror stories, but this visit was anything but that. Stephanie (if I recall correctly) was very nice and personable and the PA (?) was the same, putting me at ease. I know there's always gonna be a wait time due to level of urgency, but was only there for about an hour and a half from the time I arrived to walking out the door. Highly recommend this location.

My experience was great from entry at reception to completion! Receptionist was most helpful and adapted to my condition quickly! I wear hearing aids and had a painful ear infection. Therefore I was nearly deaf. She was helpful and friendly. Triage personnel was thorough and efficient and friendly. Toni, NP, was very professional as well! Thank you I chose a nearby open urgent care. And found the best possible experience. Most appreciated!!
