This was my first time at this Well Now clinic. The staff were extremely friendly and kind, especially working on Christmas Eve! The office is really nice, as well. It was clean and welcoming. It was easy to make my appointment online and check in when I got there. Once I was there, my wait time wasn’t long. The nurse practitioner listened to my problem and was efficient with getting me in and out. I was very pleased with my experience and will go here again in the future should I need to!
My first time going to an urgent care. Before going I considered just staying home and trying to find something that would work for me instead of going to the ER, because i know id be there forever waiting to be seen. Then I was referred to Well Now, made the appointment for 7pm and was back in my car at 725pm. Very fast polite and respectful I got what I needed.
Annya did an amazing job on a deep cut I had on my finger. The place was so packed I was in a far back room and I was the last patient of what I could tell was a long day. She still got to me in a timely manner and did a great job with a messy and painful situation. I cut my finger on Monday and didn’t get in til Friday. I changed the bandages myself a few times but it was a serious cut so it bled quite a bit and finally decided to get it taken care of professionally. I went in for a strep test and made an appointment prior. I got in at my appointment time and only had to wait for a few extra minutes for the rapid tests to come in from another location, but they were quick, got my prescription in to my pharmacy right away, and were very easy to work with and talk to. The facility is clean, and I was offered water (and other snacks/drinks) on my way back to the exam room and there are snacks/drinks available in the lobby for anyone who may be accompanying you. First time there and making an appointment does not help. Had an appointment at 6:50 got in at 7:30. Told them we needed an X-ray by time doctor came in at 8:10 she said X-ray leaves at 8. Told them we were there since 6:40 and just said sorry. Told me she could get me a fast pass for the next day. (No thank you ) Then did not even really listen to what was wrong with my child and all the information she gave us had nothing to do with what we said was wrong.
