This was my first time at this Well Now clinic. The staff were extremely friendly and kind, especially working on Christmas Eve! The office is really nice, as well. It was clean and welcoming. It was easy to make my appointment online and check in when I got there. Once I was there, my wait time wasn’t long. The nurse practitioner listened to my problem and was efficient with getting me in and out. I was very pleased with my experience and will go here again in the future should I need to!
I was surprised how easy it was to make an appointment for the same day. The clinic was very clean and friendly. I was surprised to see a slushy machine and a video game in the waiting room. Everyone I spoke with or had interaction with was very friendly. The nurse and nurse practitioner were very friendly and knowledgeable. I was even afforded a snack while waiting for the nurse practitioner. I don’t want to have to go to the urgent care, but if I have to I will definitely go back.
I was called back and received care within only a few minutes in the waiting area as a walk-in customer!! The staff, nurses, & doctors were really kind and made sure I was comfortable. The snacks and drinks were a very nice touch too! The facility was clean! Overall my experience was great as well as the treatment plan for me.😊
Update: I emailed them my review and to no surprise never received a single response. They must have a automated message to send to all the unhappy customers to make them appear to care and handle the situation when they never do in reality 🙄 I really liked the idea behind this place but the execution just isnt there. EVERYTHING has to be done on line prior to being seen even as a walk in which is mind boggling. The place was clean the receptionist was very helpful with the check in. I felt unsure about going here instead of the hospital but they all made me feel comfortable. They listened to me & did everything they could to help me. And they NEVER made me feel like I shouldn't of come there. If I need a place like that again I will be going there@!! They were ALL professional and friendly and helpful.
