Visited your facility on 1 Dec 2023. Service was excellent, however, not one person introduced themselves, not even the P.A. Only knew his name after I was discharged and saw it on my paperwork. They all knew my name and a brief history. Otherwise, everything was fine.

This was my 1st time visiting Well Now. I was very impressed with the great customer service from check in to checkout. Working in the medical field myself, I know it can take a toll on someone. Went to Well Now Urgent Care for a UTI. I had been to other urgent cares in the past and was unimpressed by their services. I thought I would give them a chance. I needed medical care immediately and sought their services. I was really impressed by the courteous and professional manner of the entire staff. Staff was great NP Michelle S was awesome to work with Highly Recommend this place they got me right in
horrible customer service. lady behind the counter is miserable to deal with if she's even there, most the time the office is just empty. stood for 15 minutes waiting till the secretary felt like coming back. made an appointment but it made no difference as nobody was there to check me in and i just got thrown in line with everybody else anyway. do yourself a favor and be treated elsewhere.

completely worthless / useless urgent care facility . no doctor or PA on site. told we would have to do a tela visit. why come to the urgent care or something you can do at home?

My family members have been rejected TWICE from being seen. My husband had shortness of breath following a respiratory infection. My daughter had a potential concussion. TBH he flat out said they wouldn't be able to perform any testing to help them. Seriously? One star is generous.

I just got a check in the mail from you because I can assume you over charged me. I questioned the cost since I have very good insurance. So almost a year later I get all but $30 back. Hey thanks for my $100 back. I will never be back.
