I'm really saddened by their review score. Perhaps they are under new management? I've gone twice in the last week and both times received great service and care. What shocked me the most was how many open appointments they had both times. I was able to be seen same day. I love the app. Easy to make an appointment. The text messages took me a minute to figure out because I assumed you cancel and do everything online. No ma'am. You can use a text to cancel and check in when you arrive! Come on technology! I received excellent care here. The nurses and phlebotomists were incredibly kind and considerate. As someone in healthcare, I have high standards, and I would absolutely recommend WellNow to anyone needing this type of service. I also greatly appreciated the ability to schedule an appointment time. I had a minimal wait to be seen by a provider.

Visited your facility on 1 Dec 2023. Service was excellent, however, not one person introduced themselves, not even the P.A. Only knew his name after I was discharged and saw it on my paperwork. They all knew my name and a brief history. Otherwise, everything was fine.

This was my 1st time visiting Well Now. I was very impressed with the great customer service from check in to checkout. Working in the medical field myself, I know it can take a toll on someone. The ladies and PA were very professional, timely, informative and kind. Thank you for caring for others in today's world. I appreciate the instruction and information that was provided for me. Went to Well Now Urgent Care for a UTI. I had been to other urgent cares in the past and was unimpressed by their services. I thought I would give them a chance. I needed medical care immediately and sought their services. I was really impressed by the courteous and professional manner of the entire staff.
