horrible customer service. lady behind the counter is miserable to deal with if she's even there, most the time the office is just empty. stood for 15 minutes waiting till the secretary felt like coming back. made an appointment but it made no difference as nobody was there to check me in and i just got thrown in line with everybody else anyway. do yourself a favor and be treated elsewhere.

completely worthless / useless urgent care facility . no doctor or PA on site. told we would have to do a tela visit. why come to the urgent care or something you can do at home?

My family members have been rejected TWICE from being seen. My husband had shortness of breath following a respiratory infection. My daughter had a potential concussion. TBH he flat out said they wouldn't be able to perform any testing to help them. Seriously? One star is generous.

I just got a check in the mail from you because I can assume you over charged me. I questioned the cost since I have very good insurance. So almost a year later I get all but $30 back. Hey thanks for my $100 back. I will never be back.

We had an appointment at 6:20 and when we arrived, we were told it was a three hour wait and they closed at 8 PM so we would not be seen. I don't know what the point of making an appointment is at this place. It's not the first time this has happened, but it will be the last time I use them.

So made an appointment when I arrived they tell me almost two hour wait?? Only two people ahead of me. Then I find out it's only tele health with Doctor??I would not have came here if I knew in advance. Only a nurse on staff. I will update

I have visited WellNow Urgent Care 3 times now and every time is a failure. On my first visit, they left me waiting in the patient room for over an hour because they didn't think anyone was there. The second, the X-ray machine was broken & they sent me to the $$ ​ER! Yesterday I made an appointment & completed the registration online. This morning they had no record of me & wanted me to wait behind the 6 'Walk-INs'! #WellNO!

So I need an X-ray on my shoulder...not even going to bore y'all with the story of why I can't just go to my PCP. I was told to go to urgent care for an X-ray. I made an appt online yesterday and lined up a babysitter. On the way there this morning, I get the "You have a 9 an appt. Please let us know when you're here by texting HERE then wait in your car".
