The staff is super friendly and helpful. I felt bad that I walked in with my son 30 minutes before closing but they got in right in and were very nice.
I can't say enough about the service and professionalism at WellNow. From the reception, to getting the proper insurance information, to the diagnosis from NP Hannah to the 5 day personal follow-up! I was in and out in 45 minutes. I would definitely use this clinic again.
I was extremely happy and thankful for the compassion and care and service provided to me. I was able to make the appointment on line and I didn't have to sit in the waiting room, but was able to wait in my car until just minutes before they took me in. From the moment you walk in you feel welcomed. Great atmosphere, friendly and competent staff. I also appreciated that they had an X-ray machine for chest X-rays. Thank you!
