this was the worst experience I've ever had at an immediate care center in my life. my mother has dementia and we came here to get a simple urine test and have been here for over 2 hours. the woman doctor is a monster who is rude and inconsiderate and will not listen to anything and was asking too many questions that I have answered for the last 48 hours and at least twice a week. getting an antibiotic from here is like pulling teeth. do not come here. it is vile and the staff is awful. The fact that it has been 10 month since I wrote this scathing review, with no response from them is noted. Tho, the fact that they feature it on their yelp page, today July 10, 2024, only compounds the idiocracy of this place.
Went there to have stitches removed from hand. The 10 minutes of the technician's time to perform task was acceptable ....the business it itself however is inept, so much so that their dysfunctional billing area is attempting to ruin my credit rating by sending a bill that was ALREADY PAID by the department of Veterans' Affairs to a collection agency. I went to well now one time and the service was excellent. They treated me it was quick and they were respectful. This time I went in and although I had been there before I still needed to fill out all my information again. I I tried to register online and there was no one ahead of me. When I arrived, there were actually two other people ahead of me. I had forgotten my insurance card. The person at the desk was rude and uncaring. She made no effort to try and help me.
