RecommendedI was a patient yesterday. I was extremely frightened, when I walked thru the door. The staff immediately put my mind at ease. They were kind & courteous & very professional. Thank you All very much for all your help. I appreciated it so much.

We went for an X-ray. We asked at check in re: X-ray. They said they can do it there. They put us in a room and then told us we had to drive across town for another location that would get me in right away. We are still waiting. There’s no urgency for the situation. I’m so frustrated with their policy of not informing ppl when X-ray is down. They have no regards to people’s schedule or time by doing this. Go somewhere else. It will be worth it.

BE AWARE !! I visited Wellnow Urgent care, spent 30 min. in a waiting room and 5 min. in an exam room for them to tell me what I already new, and there is nothing they can do for me. Billed my insurance company 400.00+ dollars after my insurance discounted, cost me over 240.00 for a tetanus shot. DO NOT GO UNLESS YOU HAVE NO OTHER OPTIONS!

RecommendedTook my son to the Olean, NY location for an earache. Very clean, everyone was very nice. In and out in about 20 minutes. By the time I got to our pharmacy the prescription was ready. Will definitely be back.

my son went the 14th to geneva ny one and they never sent his strep test out this poor kid went 2 days without so i took him elsewhere my kids will not be back
