Came to urgent care and waited an hour to be seen. Not acceptable at all. Sat in the room while about 5/6 nurses and doctors stood in the hall talking the whole time. If they would see the patients we wouldn’t have to wait this long for treatment 😡

RecommendedWellNow is the only urgent care in the area that accepts my insurance. I used their telehealth visit and was impressed about how easy it was. The provider was awesome and the entire thing took less than 20 minutes. Definitely recommend them, and I hope the telehealth service is something that they’re going to do permanently.

I visited the Olean, NY location and the experience was terrible. was immediately taken in while my wife and daughter waited in the car. I had been stung twice by bees and was concerned about the severity of the reaction I was having. my vitals were taken And I was asked if I was having trouble breathing, to which I replied "no". I didn't see another person until more than an hour later....when I exited the exam room. Used to love the Fayetteville location when it was 5 star. Since it has become Wellnow it is absolutely horrible. Wait times and service are both horrible. Also, you would think since it’s a medical office their staff would know how to wear a mask properly but lady at the front desk had her nose completely uncovered. Asked to talk to the practice manager and low and behold he was completely mask less ...in an office full of people getting covid tests...

RecommendedWe had a visit to the Auburn branch for a toddler with a scratched eye. The nurses were absolutely fabulous with her and really went out of their way to make her comfortable. We were in and out very quickly, but we certainly didn’t feel rushed. The exam was very thorough and everyone was exceptionally patient. I’d definitely recommend them!

RecommendedMy Wife and I went to the Dewey Ave location in Rochester,NY for covid test. Went early as we expected large volumes. Once inside, the attending staff were polite and had us signed in promptly.The medical staff were also exceptionaly courteious and had us tested and out the door within five minutes, Thanks WellNow Urgent Care
Went to Clifton Park location for a Covid test before a medical procedure. When I checked in was told there is a 3 hour wait. Unfortunately this is the only place my Dr. uses for the testing.

went to the Liverpool ny place for a simple drug screen and they had me wait over an hour and I was the first one in and they let atleast 10 people go ahead of me I told them my blatter was hurting and they did nothing just ignored me very unhappy with these people it never changes with this place
