RecommendedGreat staff! They called a few days later to check up and see if there was anything else they could do. Niagara falls location had a great waiting room and tvs in the patient rooms which was awesome with children :)

Went to the Oswego Rd. Location, waited for and hour to get checked in, even though I was like the only one there at the time. When I first walked in the desk nurse, was extremely rude, I saw she was with a patient but I was unsure if I had to sign in she treated me like a child then told me to sit down in an angry voice for no reason whatsoever. Then I’m waiting to see the doctor( who was amazing and nice), but I sat for another two hours!! Don’t think I will ever be back.
Not that I wanted to but I have been to your locations out of town and so thankful for the quick helpful staff and clean facility I had a cold and was able to walk in be seen right away and leave in a half hour! I also took my brother for X-rays to determine if he broke his ankle it was nice everything was taken care of right there! So excited that you have a Location that opened in Niagara Falls!
