Very understaffed the day I was there last week, only one banker and he was very rude and he said he didn't work there at that branch, and was very unprofessional. The manager came out and was clueless... her solution go online to open a checking account make an appointment for a deposit box but the appointments at this location are typically two weeks. No idea why anyone would want to bank here. Rude employees. Bank elsewhere.
I came to try to open an account at 9am and it’s now 12pm. It’s been 3 hours and I still haven’t been able to see a banker to open an account. The branch manager Letica Avalos is very unprofessional and rude. She refused to assist me with anything. If you’re a Wells Fargo customer, I suggest you stay far away from this location. Other customer reviews speak for themselves and I should’ve known better before coming to do business at this branch location.
My teller seemed very efficient and smart, I walked out satisfied.
Was late for my appointment and wasn't seen. Opened the account online. All I have to do is go in next week and get in line and give them my funds for the account.
When it was first opened, we joined and all was excellent! Within the last few months the service has been really really disappointed! There is a merchant line and then there is another line for I assume non merchants. This line is faster! I hate this bank but it's the closest one to us. The branch at Signal Hill by Costco is so so fantastic. We have been going there even though it's distance away.
