Amazing!!! At times you hear the horror stories of all the hoops and red tape people go through. Our experience was the complete opposite! Despite of a few obstacles Wendy took the weight off of our shoulders and made this the most seamless process we have ever had to deal with. Wendy Etienne was AMAZING, I had been with another loan company that dropped the ball horribly in my case and almost had me lose my money down that I placed on a property, because they did not collect the proper information on their end to secure my purchase. I was confused and let down, when my realtor suggested Wendy at Preferred. Within a month I got my home and closed with no issues. Wendy was Professional and she showed she cared 100% about what I wanted. I would without a doubt recommend Wendy to everyone.
Wendy was wonderful and very helpful and she never gave up on us even when we made mistakes. She fought a hard to get us to close in the house and I'm very thankful she was our lender.
