Wendy and the KB team were great to work with, they communicated with us & answered all our questions.
Wendy spent a lot of time with me walking me through all of our different buy down options. Always hung up feeling like I clearly understood our options. Really appreciate all of her time!
If I have to type something in here I have to mention everything. Overall things were good. There were a few email questions that went without a response, and I think there were some errors with some of the paperwork I received which mislead me a bit.
