As a first time home buyer more coaching and creativity in different loan scenario’s (unsolicited) would have raised the score from ok to good. I did not feel a lot of options were suggested or provided to make my monthly payment more affordable until I had selected another lender (perhaps this was coincidental).

Experience was great never stressful and was kept informed during the whole process with the exception of interest rates changing, it would be nice to be informed during the waiting time that rates are increasing and customers may want to buy their loan as it could save hundreds of dollars to their payment. This would be going above and beyond in customer service and I’m sure many people would appreciate it
