My partner and I are both non-binary and are wary of dealing with legal names/genders and credit checks due to having horrible experiences with getting our government information updated. Wendy was professional and kind, always using our correct pronouns and names and not being weird about prior names on our accounts. When we first met Wendy we knew right away she was a great lender. We had been working with someone for 4 months and still didn’t feel confident in our offers. Within the first meeting with her we learned more than we had in past 4 months. We both felt way more confident in what we were offering and our stress levels went way down.
