I had a great experience because Wendy provided very detailed information. She explained the details to me in a way that allowed me to thoroughly understand complex material. My only drawback is the lack of resources that Wendy and perhaps the team has, which impacts response time. This is by no means any fault of Wendy‚Äôs due to the current real estate climate. I would say the only improvement would be to enhance communication and response time to within 24-48 hours.

Wendy, went out of her way to answer any questions i had, and went the extra mile to assist me on my loan, i would definitely work with Wendy and Caliber loans again. no other lender would help me as much as Wendy did. My experience with Wendy was fantastic and she is an asset to your team
