Our 1st lender was not so great halfway through our process Wendy and I got in touch she took on a huge loan and helped us through it from beginning to end all over again. She was amazing in every way very quick response and I was over all very happy with her. On the day that we went to sign papers for our new house Wendy did everything from trying to find a bank that had an inside open for me to get a cashier check to letting me know the best way to get to where I needed to go.

It would be alot shorter list for my to tell you what made it not so great and thats the fact that we didnt have Wendy from the start! She is seriously the best, we fell under some unfortunate circumstances due to miscommunication from a previous agent and she not only told us she would use every tool at her disposal to help us but she actually followed through. From late nights to early mornings she did it all. When we decide to buy our next house it wont be a question who my first call will be
