Wendy Yoskovich was amazing to work with. We were 90% of the way through the purchase process with another lender and then it fell apart. We contacted Wendy on the advice of our realtor, Coti Brown, and she immediately picked up the mess that was our mortgage application and put it all back together, and less than 3 weeks later we were closing and in our house. Can't recommend her and her team enough!!!!!!!

My wife and I needed to close within 30 days of our offer being accepted - Caliber & Wendy are the only ones that could do it. Wendy kept my wife and I updated every step of the way and answered every question we had. She is extremely flexible as well - we also needed a fresh pre-approval on a Saturday night to put our offer in and she was able to do that for us as well. Oh my GOD. I do not know where to begin. Wendy Yoskovich and her team closed on our loan within 2 weeks as promised.We were at our writs end with trying to close after receiving an approval letter, three months of going back and forth, the changing of loan representatives at a minimum of six times to then receive a loan denial letter was too much to handle.Thanks to our Agent for reaching out, referring us to Wendy and teaming up with Wendy on our behalf.Our prayer is for Wendy to continue to be permitted to be a blessing to... read more
