Oh my GOD. I do not know where to begin. Wendy was the lone bright spot in an herwise challenging experience. Wendy was responsive, helpful, friendly, supportive and knowledgeable. The rest of our experience with Caliber was just so-so. We didnt receive good service from Julie - in fact, it was confusing and often we only got help when we asked for it. We were not satisfied with the appraisal process, nor were we happy with the communication related to clear to close. Were it not for Wendy, our over all rating would be poor.
