6-12-24 I called Wertz to get a cleaning & inspection of my fireplace. Chris & Ricardo came out and got he job done they made sure I was up to speed on what is needed to make sure my fireplace is in good working condition!!! I just want to say thank you to them & Amanda for all the help & promptness with my appointment & cleaning! I called Wertz for a liner in July 2023 Wertz & Co came out and gave me a estimate I could not afford the work right away. I called back June 2024 and Amanda got me right in!!!! So THANK YOU Wertz & Co techs Rico & Kris and Amanda for getting my liner installed and making sure I was taken care of quickly!!!!

WERTZ & CO THANK YOU FOR THE AMAZING CHIMNEY WORK DONE ON MY HOME. WHEN I CALLED AMANDA WAS THE WOMAN WHO SET UP MY APPT & AT THE TIME I COULD NOT FIND ANYONE IN MY AREA (PA) TO DO THE WORK. SHE HAD MY BACK AND SENT THE MASON ESTIMATOR OUT TO GIVE ME A QUOTE (ROB) THEN FEW MONTHS LATER THE JOB WAS COMPLETED ( WAITED TILL WARMER WEATHER) THE MAONS DID AMAZING FROM THE WORKMANSHIP TO THE CLEANED UP & AND THE CHIMNEY WENT FROM A UGLY EYE SORE TO A BEAUITFUL PART OF THE HOME!!! WERTZ & CO IS THE COMPANY TO CALL FOR ANY OF YOUR HOME IMPROVEMENT NEEDS. My experience was awesome the girl in the office made sure I knew what was needed & she got my on the books very quickly. I know I was in good hands when she made a point to ask the foreman if she did not have an answer!! I called Wertz & Co unsure of what I really needed Amanda made sure I was taken care of she answered all my questions & she got me a appointment the next day. I want to say thank you to Amanda & Wertz & Co and the gentlemen whom came out and installed my vent cap they explained to me what I needed. They were wonderful!!!!!!!! Ill be telling all the neighborhood here in Ol' New Castle to call WERTZ & my new friend Amanda will get them taken care of. And I may say it was not alot of money well worth the $$ spent.
Thank You Amanda (Office) & Reeko & Matt ( THE DREAM TEAM) they installed a liner that was much needed and was so respectful & made sure I understood what was going on and what I needed. The technicians did a great job of finding the water leaks on my two chimneys. They figured out what the roofing and siding experts had missed at the junction with the chimney. Very excellent work! Could not be more pleased with the results. No leaks during our last torrential rain.
