WERTZ & CO IS THE COMPANY TO CALL FOR ANY OF YOUR HOME IMPROVEMENT NEEDS. My experience was awesome the girl in the office made sure I knew what was needed & she got my on the books very quickly. I know I was in good hands when she made a point to ask the foreman if she did not have an answer!! I called Wertz & Co unsure of what I really needed Amanda made sure I was taken care of she answered all my questions & she got me a appointment the next day. I want to say thank you to Amanda & Wertz & Co and the gentlemen whom came out and installed my vent cap they explained to me what I needed. They were wonderful!!!!!!!! Ill be telling all the neighborhood here in Ol' New Castle to call WERTZ & my new friend Amanda will get them taken care of. And I may say it was not alot of money well worth the $$ spent.
Thank You Amanda (Office) & Reeko & Matt ( THE DREAM TEAM) they installed a liner that was much needed and was so respectful & made sure I understood what was going on and what I needed. The technicians did a great job of finding the water leaks on my two chimneys. They figured out what the roofing and siding experts had missed at the junction with the chimney. Very excellent work! Could not be more pleased with the results. No leaks during our last torrential rain.

Wertz replaced the roof on our townhouse as part of a larger community roof replacement project and did an outstanding job. The new roof looks great and was at a great price! The managers and workers from Wertz were courteous, professional, and they did a great job of cleaning up debris afterwards - including our gutters and atrium. They also came by every day for several days after the installation to make sure there were no nails, debris, or pieces of metal left anywhere near our homes. BIG THANK YOU to Tommy & Amanda & Wertz & Co I called in before signing for my roof replacement and asked about thicker insulation options Amanda & Tommy was very quick to get me some answers. And that to me is a BIG deal some company's wont even call you back and just put what is standard to the agreement NOT them they gave me a thicker option for little to no extra cost and that is GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS!!!!! Tommy was awesome he made sure I understood the work that was being done and feel like he treated me as more then $$$ which is hard to find with companies now days.
