Hard to believe the other folks who panned this place are talking .about the same place. I put in a couple of maintenance requests this morning at about 9 attym. The technicians arrived about 9:30 and had everything straight by 10 am. Pretty darn quick. Nice guys, too. They seem to enjoy their job(s). Plumbing:The faucet itself is loose; apparently the fitting under the sink is not tightened so I can just move it around. This company discriminates against people who have section 8 and do not explain on their website they do not accept money from the government before you pay their application fee. Mario Barriga told me that my credit was good, but I cannot use a section 8 voucher for any of their units per their policy. When I asked them for a denial letter, Billy Eliassant the Community Manager explained that I did not meet their income requirement, I have an income of $5000 a month 2000 of it is the Voucher and that I owed too much debt ... read more

I lived in the apartment 614 with my sister and son for just a year before moving out. We moved in august 28,2022. The reason why we moved is because there was a roaches infestation in the apartment and also mold as well. We had roaches all over the apartment. Roaches coming out of the microwave, fridge, my dishes, bathrooms as well. There has been countless times when I'm sleeping and I'll have to wake up because there is a roach crawling on my body. What a DISGUSTING abomination. I made it through the process up until the point that I got to tour the apartment before move-in. As a contractor, I don't have words to describe the condition that the apartment was in. Please do NOT be a DUMMY like me and ignore the reviews of this place. I have been living here less than a month and while I love my apartment I am surely counting down my days to the end of my lease. I would have moved right back out if I didn't invest so much time and money. The reviews about Mauricio, the property manager is ABSOLUTELY true. Based on the price, we were expecting a beautiful, renovated apartment. Instead, when we opened the door of the model and didn't like what we saw for the price.
I wish I could give this place 0 stars! They add RANDOM charges to your payments. Bonnie is rude! She loves to threaten you,your kids and neighbors. Put in my two months notice and all respect for me ( resident ) went all out the window. They bullied me , let random people into my apartment without giving us a notice or head up. This has shooting every other night! Police are frequently in the neighborhood! If it's not one thing with this place there's another.
My AC has not worked properly since moving in the temperatures reach over 90 degrees in our apartment. We have small children in our home and even through the temperatures outside reach over 85 degrees before and after their office colses they still refuse to repair the AC unit as promised in the lease contract. They AC is no longer blowing air from the vents and they still refuse to fix the issues. All Wesley Apartment complexes no longer use lights for tennis courts. (Wesley Place and Wesley St. Clair) Not sure if owners are thinking of removing courts as a listed amenity or what. Those areas are now creepily dark as there are no regular parking lot lights in those areas. (Court lights doubled for security lights.) New tenants throw trash in the middle of l parking lots and recreational areas. New tenants are beginning to use cardboard and aluminum foil as window dressing.
