I should've done more research I gave these apartments 2 stars, mainly because of my experience as well as the lack of space they are giving you for the amount of money they are charging. These apartments are not new, which I do not have an issue with but they are in need of a complete renovation. The floor feels unstable and they constantly have issues with the plumbing. No need to move here I have been living in this complex for 2 years going on 3 years in April of 2016. You hear neighbors conversations daily in other apartments and across the parking lot with the windows closed. There are no playgrounds for the kids to play and they have to play in the street with moving vehicles coming and going. In phase one my neighbor told me that they did not have screens on their windows so when their A/C went out they were unable to open the windows for air for fear of letting a fly.
