The worst ever! Alot of hidden fees and bogus fees . I moved out and got charged $800 in fees after my $400 deposit was applied! I did not leave a mess or broke the lease. $740 for carpet. $140 for blinds! $75 trash. I didnt leave any trash! $120 for cleaning. The worst sneaky crooks. I wish i knew how to report these thieves!

There is always water issues. Had a mold issue and they had to move me into another apartment Always gate issues. Many times I have been late for work because of this. Some of the office staff are really rude.

I did not even get to move in - Made an appointment for 5:45 pm with Bianca, who first of all called me to let me know there was going to be an apartment available if I wanted to check it out. Made an appointment with her at 5:45 to look at the appointment, after driving in the peak hour traffic (took me almost 1 hour) to get to the place to discover that Ms. Bianca has left. Don't move in here. This place is horrible. There mission statement on their website means nothing to them. The employees are rude. The maintenance men do not speak English at all. So trying to explain your problem to them is pretty much impossible. My apartments A/C didn't work the entire summer. Then finally got it fixed 5 months later. After I didn't need the A/C anymore. I lived here for two years as a single mom with a young child. I will start with the postive. The front office staff was always courteous with me. Tiffany especially was my saviour while I lived there. My daughter knew her well and would draw her pictures and she always did her best to address any and all concerns. I lived in a top floor apartment, and noticed roaches pretty quickly when I moved in. I sprayed. First, let me just start by saying they will nickel and dime you for any and everything so really read everything they give you, that saved me. I moved there because my cousin lived there and many times I visited him, everything seemed fine. I moved into a top floor unit and had no major issues. The ceiling was damaged but they assured me it was cosmetic only. Well that turned out to be a leaky roof and it took them over 2 years to finally fix it.
