For starters, I wish I could have rated them lower. I called months before time to relocate, just to inquire, I gave name and email for updates. Started off very friendly and professional (Some reps). So as time got closer I reviewed the property, liked it and eventually applied when I was advised to apply. Ended with rude and unprofessional behavior. No remorse for one's livelihood. I was told apply 1.5 weeks prior to move date. The management are Inadequate. After moving out of my apartment unit 11208 in 2017, 2yrs after in 2019 they decided to place a collection on my credit claiming I owe debt. I paid all my bills on time. After moving out I cleaned the apartment and made sure everything was ok. They did a walk through said everything is fine. Currently May 2023, I still have a collection on my credit, Wesley Providence Apartments claiming that I owe them. 100 Wesley Providence Pkwy, Lithonia, GA 30038.

I lived in this community for 2 years and wouldn't recommend it at all. Professionalism is non - existent. Kunella King is extremely rude and condescending. Maintenance issues are met with zero urgency. Gunshots and break-ins are looked over. Extremely under-to-date appliances and design, especially for the price. Walls are paper thin and several grievances about my neighbors banging a broom against there ceiling (my floor) to get my 1 year old to sit down went ignored. HORRIBLE first three weeks! In hindsight, I would not have moved here if given a second chance and highly recommend reviewing the complaints against them on the BBB website. Moved here from NY, and received an apartment infested with biting gnats, roaches, mold and an AWEFULLY pungent smell from the living room carpet on day 1. There's a lady that works there now name Cynthia, she is VERY RUDE. I can't ask a question without her getting smart & rude. When I first moved there she kept harassing me asking me if I lived there EVERYTIME she saw me & I was pregnant at the time. I showed her all the keys & key cards & she wanted me to show her what apartment I lived in which showing the keys was enough. I have been without a working stove for 6 days now. Called the leasing Office and they claim the property manager and the maintenance supervisor is out for today. Plus I asked them how much longer for the part for my stove arrives and the lady on the phone said "I don't know". At this point I need money taken off my rent because a stove is included in my lease. This is just horrible I can't even cook so I'm forced to spend unnecessary money and eat out. I wonder how they would feel if they didn't have a working stove.

Nice looking apartments on the outside. Prime location right across the street from the mall but it's not a very good mall. Not many good stores. The apartments maintenance staff doesnt communicate and ALWAYS does a half ass job. The property manager is nice but it's over 200 units only so much she can do. Some of the staff in the leasing office is nice but they don't communicate either. No one ever really knows what's going on. They need a change. Management is the worst all the way down to the drunk pool monitor. My experience has been terrible. Looks are very deceiving. The outside of the buildings are disgusting. Back to management. What type of qualification do they look for. When dealing with a serious issue, stick to the issue at hand and stop responding defensively and listen to the problem and come up with a solution.
