Management is the worst all the way down to the drunk pool monitor. My experience has been terrible. Looks are very deceiving. The outside of the buildings are disgusting. Back to management. What type of qualification do they look for. When dealing with a serious issue, stick to the issue at hand and stop responding defensively and listen to the problem and come up with a solution. i would give it a zero if it were possible. Its a nice complex, pricey but nice... the property is well maintained...there tends to always be an issue with the gates not working properly or simply being broken and open because of it. if they are working they are open for 12hrs of the day which seems senseless as its a gated communuty which allows full access to anyone from 0600 to 1800. There is another gate at the rear of the property however you cannot gain entrance there; which also makes no sense. The staff leaves A LOT ... read more

The apartments are spacious and location great...BUT...don't do it. Trapped in to single-source provider for cable and internet. Liked the idea of a gated community, but when people don't have a gate mentality its useless. I really think that the applicant pool is as much a problem as anything. They'll rent to ANYBODY - and I mean ANY BODY. Which creates the problem because it's easier to get them in than get them out (not sure they try too hard to get them out because they get a check for them being there). People throw t... read more

The absolute worst place to live. The manager Ms. King and the assistant manager Johnathan are very rude. Its starts with them and they are a couple of pigs. They are always raising the rent. They double your utility bill when its time for you to move, they start charging extra fees that they cant even explain and when you try to resolve the issue the first thing they say is that you'll hear from our collection agency, without listening to what you have to say. The gates were always broken! Many nights I have seen cars sitting on cynder blocks cuz the tires were stolen....always came home from work with neighborhood kids hanging out on the stairwell til 10p acting obnoxious...saw people sitting in their cars smoking dope or smelled dope around through the stairwell....office staff very disorganized by always "LOSING" paperwork from the lease to the 60 day notice letter. This place is just ghetto and the leasing office very disorganized and they always losing paper work. Please make copies of the lease and your notice to vacate. I had issues with the fob not working for the gate and to enter the gym. It would take Adrian 2 weeks to fix it. You always see neighborhood kids hanging around the stairwells til midnight. I've lived here six months and the apartments are nice but the management is awful. They are completely rude and incompetent and there is a huge lack of communication between the office and the maintenance staff. Our apartment was not ready when they said it would be and when our AC broke (in July) and we reported it to the office, it didn't get fixed for several days because somehow maintenance didn't know about it even though I was constantly calling the office about it.
