I chose this building solely on reviews and I am happy with the choice that I've made. First, pricing for these homes is incredibly competitive with apartments on this strip. I can walk down the block which leads to the beltline which I am truly happy with, as I am working from home and often need breaks. Great Apartment and even better staff. Jake and Richard always go above and beyond for all the residents. If you text Jake at anytime of the day with any question he will respond. They truly do a great job maintaining the apartments. I truly feel so safe and happy with my decision to live here!
The Wesley Townsend has been the best choice I have made. The staff and managers are truly wonderful, caring, and provide great customer service. The ambiance of the building's interior and exterior stands out as the gold standard for living in this part of Buckhead. I lived here for two years and really liked it. After moving away, I've realized how AMAZING the staff is here. They are very friendly, very communicative, and very helpful - I appreciate this even more now that my current place is lacking in good management. It was also nice that they would deliver packages and either hand deliver them, or leave them inside your apartment. This place is great. The apartments are nice and reasonably priced. The location is fantastic. Pool area is great with two grills for your afternoon or evening cookout. The Lounge area is very nice... well kept with a pool table and a TV. Nice little workout facility with a couple treadmills, and elliptical, a reclined bike, and few machines, and a few free weights. Discriminates against applicants who are minorities. They are focused on remodelling the exterior things of the building Instead of fixing the ventilation in the building, Ac units, plumbing and the elevators. They raised the price of rent for a pool remodel that took over 2 yrs to complete. Not to mention they don't even have enough pool furniture for the residents.
