Very unprofessional management and maintenance. I had a leak in the hvac closet that went under my floors and swelled the whole front area and part of my living room floors. I later find mold in my Hvac closet which has been giving me respiratory issues & allergies and simply ask for a mold inspection by a professional. After days of beating around the bush I tell them I am going to hire someone myself. And they snuck into my apartment while I was at work and removed the area I was having swabbed. If you're thinking of moving here, hold that thought. This place is slowly undergoing renovations to upgrade each unit and the construction may drive you nuts. In my one year living at Wesley Townsend, every single unit around me -- above, below, left, right, diagonal -- underwent renovation projects, each lasting up to six weeks. Hammering, pounding, drilling, ripping, banging, clanking, sawing, chipping, breaking, clipping, buzzing, and stomping were all sounds that were part of daily life. Concrete walls? I've lived here for nearly 10 years and it has really gone downhill. Far fewer social gathering and the ones we have have been declining in quality for years. We used to have a band at the Christmas party, not anymore. We used to have an omelet bar on Saturday mornings in the lobby. Now every other weekend there is chick fil a that runs out in 10 minutes so don't be late. Honestly though the lobby Starbucks is nice. The hallways used to be vacuumed every week day. I went to inquire about an apartment but the gentleman in the front told me there was no available apartments despite the large banner outside. He was short as well as rude. What time period are we living in?! Makes me sick to know that there are people still treating people like the plague in this day and age.
