I'm very happy to say that Heather and David Landeros at West Associates helped me more than I could have ever expected. I just closed on a duplex in LA before this 4th of July long weekend and I could not have done it without the charisma, professionalism, and responsiveness that Heather and David provided. We were able to take care of almost everything online or over the phone despite the Coronavirus pandemic. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will definitely reach out to them if I choose to purchase another property. We had a few hiccups along the way due to me having a complex buyer background, but we got it done. I am extremely grateful to have become a first-time homeowner using a VA loan with their immense help. I could not have done it without them.
