My husband and I have used David and Heather several times. They are attentive to our "wish list" for properties and didn't waste our time showing us properties that are not in our range or that do not fit our requirements. They are both very prompt in responding to our emails, phone calls and texts. But I would have to say their best trait is they are both so positive, friendly and helpful. We wouldn't use any other realtors.

Great experience with David, he was extremely patient with us and explained everything for us! For example, we didn't understand the language used in the offer letter and David came to meet with us in person to explain it. David worked quickly and revised anything we asked him too! He even gave us a generous gift when we closed escrow. We were very pleased with the service provided for us and we love our new home!
Heather and David are excellent realtors. They have nothing but the client's interest in mind. Heather is knowledgeable, experienced and communicative.
