My family’s been patients since way back when the practice was out off route 100N near the turnpike ramp... then our insurance changed about 2 years ago and we left for an in-network provider... Dr Forte is wonderful and always willing to try a less expensive way to handle a problem and wait and see if we have to eventually go the more expensive route. I appreciate him looking out for my pocketbook. He is polite and always respectful of a patient’s comfort. Also I like that he doesn’t rush even though there are other patients waiting. My first visit to the Dentist in a long time. I was worried that it wasn’t going to be an easy visit, but they all made it painless. Elizabeth, the hygienist put all my fears to rest and explained everything to me after taking my x-rays and cleaning my teeth. Dr Fort was good too and answered all the questions about some of my concerns. My wife loves their practice and I can see why. I won’t wait as long to go back to the Dentist as I had before. This dentist office is the best! I have never had a problem with going to the dentist but my husband has extreme anxiety due to having PTSD from bad past experiences with getting cavity fillings. At West Chester Dental Arts, all of the staff are super friendly and meets any patients needs for regular teeth check ups or for oral sedation dentistry!
