I had been a patient at West Chester Dental Arts for 10 years (in between moves, etc.). I raved about the dentists - which are still great. The hygienists are phenomenal... however, my most recent visit has turned me off to this practice. I went for my 6 month cleaning in November, after having changed employers. I handed my insurance to the front desk staff - and I asked if everything was good to go. No issues. The hygienist and dentist did their work, and a few weeks later, I received a bill for $149. RecommendedCaring, concise, not hurried, and friendly...I often speak to large groups and these qualifications help me look my best. Dr. Kim is an artist, and his assistant, Stephanie is also an artist. If you've ever had a bad experience in the dentist's chair, this could be your chance to get it right.
I have been a patient there for about 5 years always great care Dr Fort is excellent
I had another appointment yesterday and just as before all of the people there are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I asked Eric Fort for his opinon on a solution for me. He gave me exactly what I was hoping for. I remain pleased that I began going to W.C.D.A. several years ago.

I have been a patient here for 14 years. Spending a ridiculous amount of money on my treatment plan. My husband suggested I get a second and third opinion because of the amount, I did. After spending an incredible amount over the years, my other treatment plans were less than half! Same work, quality, etc. The scan that they charge $350 for, was included in my FREE consultation elsewhere. The temporary flipper charge was $1200, elsewhere$350. The staff is super friendly and Dr. Fort is the best dentist I ever had. He truly cares about his paitents and explains things to you very well. I don't really like going to the dentist but Dr. Fort makes me feel comfortable to be there!
I saw Dr. Eric Fort today. Let's just say I dislike the word "dentist". I will only see Dr. Fort. He as well as all staff are amazing, caring and genuine. They are there for you and looking out for you best interest. I felt at ease. The hygentest was outstanding!! Even when taking an xray - she put little cotton stripes on the thing you bite down on. Above all - just a big family there and you are part of it when there! -Joe
