Randy & his son did a job at my house that involved cleaning up a previous & failed attempt to connect my ceramic stovetop. Randy's & his company's work ethic was present from our 1st contact. Randy was at our house first thing Monday morning ( it wasn't an emergency). He surveyed the problem & worked up an estimate that was very nearly what my husband thought it would be. Absolute waste of time and money. I scheduled a very simple job - replace two exterior wall sconces (porch lights) with two new ones. The old ones work fine, we just wanted to update the look. Scheduled service for a date and time and acknowledged there is a $69 service/trip fee which is waived if you have them do the work; no problem. They even called day-of to see if tech could come out earlier than scheduled, which worked fine. When tech arrived, I explained the very straightforward job I wanted done. The price was ridiculous 750 to move a bathroom light outlet 10 inches. Never again
